Maia Kushitashvili

During 2009-2013 she studied at Tbilisi Humanitarian University and graduated from law faculty with Bachelor’s Degree. During 2013-2015 she was Master of Laws student at David Agmashenebeli University; From 2015 till now is the Ph.D. student at Davit Aghmashenebeli University. In 2013, she was trained in Germany at Court of Berman (Criminal Law). Since 2014 she has been working at the Investigation Service of the Ministry of Finance of Georgia on the position of a lawyer. In 2016, she became best delegate of the project "NATO-PA" implemented by YES GEORGIA. Maia Has written various articles and has participated in different types of trainings/conferences, she has also published articles about the problems in criminal procedural legislation in Georgia. Her areas of interest are criminal law, tax law, administrative law.
