The Administrative Law Forum will be held on December 18, 2021

Georgian Lawyers for Independent Profession, organized by the Center for the Development of Legal Profession and the International Black Sea University, will hold a forum on administrative law on December 18, 2021.

Important and problematic issues of administrative law will be discussed at the event.

Among them are the features of applying an interim injunction and securing a claim during administrative proceedings and resolving disputes related to the registration of real estate.

The following are invited as speakers at the forum: Judge of the Tbilisi Court of Appeal - Khatia Ardazaishvili and Judge of the Supreme Court of Georgia - Tamar Okropiridze.

The event will be attended by members of the Georgian Bar Association, practicing lawyers and public officials interested in administrative law issues. Part of the event will take place in an interactive mode, where participants will have the opportunity to ask questions and discuss problematic issues of administrative law.
