THU VII International Scientific-Practical Interdisciplinary Conference

Tbilisi Humanitarian University invites you to participate in the VII International Scientific-Practical Interdisciplinary Conference, to be held on 4 December 2026.

 

Conference format: Hybrid.

 

Co-organizer:

International CEO (Communication, Economics, Organization) Social Sciences Congress (CEO Congress), Turkey.

 

Certificates and publication:

All presenters will receive an electronic certificate. After the conference, authors of accepted abstracts are required to submit an extended abstract of their paper (250–300 words) no later than 20 January 2027, in accordance with the extended abstract requirements. Extended abstracts will be published in the Book of Abstracts of the conference, which will be assigned an ISBN and a Zenodo Digital Object Identifier (DOI).

 

Full paper publication:

Authors of accepted abstracts may publish their full papers free of charge in “Collected Papers”, the annual peer-reviewed journal of Tbilisi Humanitarian University, upon successful completion of the peer-review process. Full papers must be formatted in accordance with the journal’s Author Guidelines and APA 7 (APA 7th Edition). Authors wishing to submit full papers for publication will be asked to indicate their intention by ticking the relevant box when completing the conference registration form.

  2. Social Sciences (Law, Psychology);
  3. Business Administration and Green Economy (including Sustainable Tourism);
  4. Dentistry and Healthcare (including Pharmacy);
  5. Interdisciplinary Track: Artificial Intelligence, Digital Ethics and Sustainable Development (including Natural Sciences).

 

Working languages: Georgian and English.

 

Important dates:

  -    Abstract submission deadline – 1 November 2026;

  -    Notification of acceptance and dispatch of the registration link – 13 November 2026;

  -    Registration – 13–22 November 2026;

  -    Extended abstract submission deadline – 20 January 2027.

 

Abstract submission requirements:

  -    ORCID iD (a free, unique international researcher identifier; if you do not have one, please register at: https://orcid.org/register);

  -    Full name, academic degree, and affiliation of the author (co-authors);

  -    Author’s email address and phone number;

  -    The paper must not have been previously published or be under consideration by another publication;

  -    The file must be submitted in DOC/DOCX format;

  -    Abstract (Georgian or English, 100–150 words), without citations, tables, or illustrations;

  -    Keywords (3–5).

 

Abstract technical parameters:

  -    format – A4;

  -    margins – 2.54 cm on all sides;

  -    line spacing – double (2.0);

  -    font – Sylfaen, size 11;

  -    alignment – left, as a single paragraph without a first-line indent;

  -    title – bold, centered, with each major word capitalized (Title Case);

  -    author’s name, surname, affiliation and ORCID iD – below the title, centered;

  -    keywords – below the abstract, preceded by the label “Keywords:” in italics.

 

Extended abstract submission requirements:

  -    Length – 250–300 words (excluding the title, author information, keywords, and references);

  -    Language – Georgian or English, consistent with the language of the abstract;

  -    Structure – introduction (problem and research aim), methodology, main results, and conclusions;

  -    Citations – permitted, using the APA 7 author–date system (e.g., (Author, 2020));

  -    References – no more than five sources, listed at the end of the text under the heading “References” and formatted in accordance with APA 7;

  -    Tables and figures – not permitted;

  -    Keywords – 3–5.

  -    alignment – left; first-line paragraph indent – 1.27 cm;

  -    title – bold, centered, with each major word capitalized (Title Case);

  -    author’s name, surname, affiliation and ORCID iD – below the title, centered;

  -    keywords – below the author information, preceded by the label “Keywords:” in italics;

  -    references – arranged alphabetically by the author’s surname, with a 1.27 cm hanging indent.

  -    In the form, please provide the author’s details and upload the abstract in DOC/DOCX format.

  -    A Google account is required to upload the file.

  -    Authors who do not have a Google account may submit their abstracts via email to conference.thu@gmail.com, with the subject line in the following format: “VII Conference – Section Number – Surname” (e.g., VII Conference – 3 – Dadiani).

  -    Authors of accepted abstracts will receive the registration link by email.

  -    Extended abstracts must be submitted via email to conference.thu@gmail.com, with the subject line in the following format: “VII Conference – Section Number – Surname” (e.g., VII Conference – 3 – Dadiani).

 

Participation in the conference, publication of extended abstracts, and publication of full papers in the journal “Collected Papers” are free of charge.
