Erasmus+ Webinars: Enhancing Institutional Capacity
Professor Nona Gelitashvili, Head of the International Relations Office at Tbilisi Humanitarian University, actively participated in a series of webinars organized by the National Erasmus+ Office in Georgia.
The online sessions, held on March 6 and 16, focused on the priority areas of the Erasmus+ program within the higher education sector. Participants engaged in detailed discussions regarding key topics, such as administrative requirements for organizational registration and application submission, the essential stages of project proposal development, and the effective use of the program’s digital tools and resources. Special emphasis was placed on strategies for identifying international partners and fostering institutional cooperation.
The webinar series covered the following specific themes:
- Webinar I – Opportunities available within the Erasmus+ program;
- Webinar II – Specific support for beginners in the Erasmus+ program;
- Webinar III – Administrative requirements of the Erasmus+ program;
- Webinar IV – Utilizing resources and technical mechanisms related to the Erasmus+ program;
- Webinar V – Strategies for finding partners within the Erasmus+ program.
Participation in such initiatives significantly supports the university’s internationalization process, enhances institutional capacity, and creates a new platform for strengthening international academic ties. Tbilisi Humanitarian University continues to actively work towards integration into the international educational space, ensuring new perspectives and development opportunities for our students and academic staff.
