Continue your education at Chinese higher education institutions!

We would like to inform you that the Ministry of Education of the People’s Republic of China, in cooperation with Heilongjiang Province, has established the program “Eurasian Countries International Student Scholarship.”

Within the framework of this program, Georgian students will have the opportunity to individually apply for continuing their studies at higher education institutions in Heilongjiang Province, China.

The program will be implemented from 2026 to 2029 and provides for the annual allocation of scholarships as follows: 20 for undergraduate students, 100 for master’s students, and 30 for doctoral students. The scholarship fully covers tuition fees, medical insurance, accommodation, and living expenses.

The participating higher education institutions include:

Harbin Institute of Technology, Harbin Engineering University, Northeast Forestry University, Northeast Agricultural University, Heilongjiang University, Harbin Normal University, Harbin Medical University, Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine, Qiqihar University, Mudanjiang Normal University, Jiamusi University, Harbin University of Science and Technology, Heihe University, Harbin University of Commerce, and Qiqihar Medical University.
