The 38th Annual Conference of AUAP in Romania

On May 19–21, 2026, within the framework of cooperation with universities around the world, the 38th Annual Conference of the Association of Universities of Asia and the Pacific (AUAP) will be held at Neumann University (Kecskemét, Romania).

The conference is organized in collaboration with:

  • World University Rankings for Innovation (WURI);
  • University of the Pacific;
  • Rizal Technological University, Philippines;
  • Iqra University, Pakistan;
  • Naresuan University;
  • Siam University, Thailand.

Conference Theme:
“Reimagining Higher Education in the Age of Artificial Intelligence: Innovation, Inclusion, and Impact for a Sustainable Future.”

Conference Objectives:

  • To develop a global declaration on ethical artificial intelligence in higher education;
  • To create collaborative frameworks for inclusive digital transformation;
  • To develop policy recommendations for sustainable and peace-oriented education;
  • To strengthen networks that promote research and innovation diplomacy.

The conference will address the following topics:

The deadline for registration is April 30, 2026.
