CEOSSC 2026 in Tbilisi

The 14th International CEO Social Sciences Congress (CEOSSC) at Tbilisi Humanitarian University

Within the framework of the signed Memorandum of Understanding, Tbilisi Humanitarian University, as a co-organizer, will host the 14th International CEO Social Sciences Congress (CEOSSC) online on 12–13 December 2026.

By decision of the Congress Council, Professor Dr. Valentina Sakvarelidze, Professor of Philology and Rector of Tbilisi Humanitarian University, has been approved as President of the Congress.

Professor Dr. Kakhi Kurashvili, Professor of Law and Vice-Rector of the University, and Dr. Irma Mesiridze, Doctor of Humanities and Head of the Research and Development Center, have been awarded the title of Honorary President of the Congress and serve on the Congress Organizing Committee.

Theme of the 14th International CEO Social Sciences Congress (CEOSSC)

“Interconnected Futures: Navigating Global Challenges” – exploring the interconnections between social, economic, environmental, organizational, and technological challenges and developing interdisciplinary solutions for a sustainable future.

Tbilisi Humanitarian University invites researchers, lecturers, and doctoral candidates to present original research in the social sciences and to share their findings with the international academic community.

A research methods seminar will be held as part of the Congress.

Publication

Following the Congress, a Book of Abstracts with an ISBN will be published.

Subject to the author's choice and a positive peer review and editorial assessment, papers presented at the Congress may be published:

• in the Congress Proceedings Book, which will be assigned an ISBN;
• as a book chapter in a volume published by NCM Publishing House;
• as an article in an international peer-reviewed academic journal.

Certificates

After the Congress, all presenters will receive a certificate of participation by email, and the authors of the best papers will receive a Best Paper Award certificate.

Working Languages and Abstract Submission

• The working languages of the Congress are English and Turkish.
• Original research in the social sciences will be accepted.
• Under the Memorandum of Understanding, the participation fee for all interested members of the Tbilisi Humanitarian University community is 50 EUR.
• The deadline for abstract submission is 16 November 2026.
