On November 21, 2022, Head of the International Law and International Relations Program of GYRA, Giorgi Chachkhiani delivered a public lecture in English at Tbilisi Humanitarian University on the topic "The Extent of Self-Determination of Abkhazia and South Ossetia in International Law, Current Occupation and Legal Prospects of Georgia's NATO Membership".

The event was attended by the academic staff of University of Pitesti, Romania, visiting Tbilisi Humanitarian University within the framework of the Erasmus+ exchange program, Doctor of International Law of the Faculty of Economics and Law, Puran Andra Nicoleta; Doctor of Private Law, Duminica Florina Ramona and Doctor of Finances, Accounting and Economics, Hagiu Mariana Alina; as well as representatives of academic and administrative staff of Tbilisi Humanitarian University and university students

The event was jointly organized by Georgian Young Reformers’ Association (GYRA) and Tbilisi Humanitarian University (THU).
