Participation of TSU professors in the international week of the Technical University of Aschaffenburg - "Week of mixed full immersion - Erasmus+ Blended Intensive Programme 2024"

From December 2 to 6, 2024, the Dean of the Faculty of Economics, Business and Management, Professor Nona Gelitashvili, and the Associate Professor of the same faculty, Head of International Service - Giorgi Kharshiladze, participated in the international week organized by the partner Technische Hochschule Aschaffenburg (TH Aschaffenburg, Germany) - "Blended Total Immersion Week - Erasmus+ Blended Intensive Programme 2024". Lectures, workshops, meetings, excursions, and visits to enterprises were held during the week. Professors and students from partner universities from Germany, Spain, Sweden, Japan and France also participated in the International Projects Week.

During the week, Professor Nona Gelitashvili and Assoc. Prof. Giorgi Kharshiladze held lectures with students of the program of Business and Law. The topics of the lectures were: Road to the EU and EU accession criteria for Georgia; Digitalisation in Georgia – Role of the EU; Leveraging EU Support for Georgia’s Digital Workforce.

During the International Week, Professor Nona Gelitashvili and Assoc. Professor Giorgi Kharshiladze, together with Ernst Schulten, Head of the International Office and Career Service of the TH Aschaffenburg, held information meetings with students of various semesters of the Bachelor's and Master's programs of the Faculty of Business Administration and Law. They introduced the students to information and visual material about the joint Georgian-German Summer School held in July 2024, introduced the joint events planned for the future and interesting details related to Georgia.
